Northumberland is a big county, and good builders who can cover every trade are hard to find outside the towns. We bring the same in-house team we use across Tyneside and County Durham: builders, roofers, joiners, Gas Safe engineers, electricians, plasterers and decorators.
Our focus is south and central Northumberland, where we can plan work properly and get back quickly if something needs attention. For larger projects further north, ring and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.

Planning and building control across the county are handled by Northumberland County Council, with neighbourhood plans in many parishes, including Ponteland and Morpeth, adding local policies. Large parts of the south-west of the county are Green Belt, and the market towns have conservation areas with tighter rules on windows, roofs and extensions.
Stone-built and rural properties bring their own questions: solid walls that need to breathe, private drainage, oil or LPG heating and long cable runs to outbuildings. We check all of these at the survey.
