Yes. Scaffold is arranged, erected and inspected as part of the job, and the cost is in the quote.
Yes. Leaks and storm damage are treated as urgent. We can make the roof watertight temporarily, then quote for the permanent repair.
Usually not for a like-for-like re-roof. Conservation areas and listed buildings can be different, and we will check with Sunderland City Council if your house is affected.
